Harmony Halong Hotel - Ha Long

Comfortable-sized room that had everything you needed like an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware. the staff was friendly and made sure to keep things nice and quiet 😊.

the hotel was located just next door to the store, vincom plaza and ha long. the room was perfect with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. it met my needs.

I really enjoyed this property - absolutely great and nice hotel.

Would recommend this place and would definitely come back. The rooms were particularly good and perfect and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, always on hand when needed.

The room here was lovely and spacious with a cozy bed, and the staff were really friendly and pleasant.

The rooms were large and beautiful. We could park on-site. the location was convenient, next to Vincom Plaza shopping mall, the beach, and stores. I would be happy to recommend this hotel as it suited our needs perfectly.

harmony halong was super clean and just a hop away from the beach. the staff gave awesome local tips. they even went above and beyond by escorting us to the bus stop and helping out with a beach towel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a stone's throw away from the Vincom Plaza shopping mall and the beach. the staff here go above and beyond to make your stay memorable - they helped me with tours, and even organized a beach BBQ ! the room was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean. Plus, there were lots of restaurant options nearby for when I didn't feel like dining in. the young staff at the nearby coffee place were indeed friendly and served amazing coffee!

One thing that could be improved is the shower door - it leaked water all over the bathroom. the noise from the school next door could get a bit loud at times.

During our Christmas stay, the location was impressive, just a stroll away from the beach and offering easy access to various attractions. the staff members were genuinely helpful and friendly, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Moreover, we appreciated the clean and modern rooms, as well as the well-maintained bathrooms.

On the downside, the shower setup caused bathroom flooding, and the cleanliness of kitchen utensils was lacking. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was not consistent, leading to connectivity issues.
